1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using StatementAI (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App does
StatementAI helps you analyze bank statement PDFs or photos and provides AI-assisted spending insights and coaching suggestions. Output is probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any results.
3. Not professional advice
The App is not a substitute for licensed financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Do not rely on the App as your only basis for major financial decisions. If you need professional guidance, consult a qualified advisor.
4. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least the age required by Apple or Google for your region) to use the App.
5. License to you
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Upload content you do not have the right to process.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the App or related services.
- Misrepresent the App’s output as certified financial advice.
7. Your content
You retain rights to the statements and questions you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the features you request (including sending it to an AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy).
8. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services (such as AI APIs and app stores). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that analysis or coaching will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color6wrld will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the App was free).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
